
Ingredients:
• Water — 300 ml (preferably melted snow or spring water, but boiled tap water will do).
• Salt — 1 pinch (must be coarse sea salt “with star-shaped crystals”).
• Lemon zest — 1 small piece.
• Mint leaf — 1 piece.
Preparation:
1. Pour the water into a clear glass.
2. Add a pinch of salt and stir with a wooden spoon exactly 7 circles clockwise and 3 circles counterclockwise.
3. Drop in the lemon zest and mint leaf.
4. Let the glass sit in the light (preferably by a window) for exactly 5 minutes.
